Lifespan Physician Group Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, also known as physiatry, restores patientsâ?? functional abilities. Patients who are treated with physiatric practices may have physical impairments or disabilities that affect the brain, spine, nerves, joints, muscles, or tendons. We want our patients to feel safe, respected and comfortable. Every aspect of our facility was designed with accessibility in mind. Exam rooms have high-low tables for easy transfers, valet parking is available, and all entries have wheelchair ramps.
