Friendly workers affordable prices

I was very badly treated by attendents at the Weybosset Hill parkinglot. They had their sign covered showing their rates and had a flat rate sign up in cardboard that said $20. When I wished to leave the guy demanded 10 dollars when I had been there for less than 5 minutes. Their minimum on the covered sign said $5 for less than 1/2 hr. I would have abided their sign but they wanted double. When I said they were being unkind, the response was basically "Tough." Then he said, "Go ahead and call the police." Because the owner Bill Wise is a police officer and they knew nothing would be done about it. Then I said I would tell everyone I knew about this and the response was, "I don't think you know that many people." No, but I have the internet.
