These people are not just in the animal business...... they truly care about animals. They answer any and all questions and take the time to make sure you understand what they are saying. They are compassionate and caring individuals. I fully trust them with the complete medical care of my pets. If they started treating people tomorrow, I'd be the first in line!!!!!!!!!!

In today's world of corporate everything and the longing for intimacy between patient and doctor, Prospect Park vets offer just that. When you sit in the waiting room, which has a TV on, a relaxing fish tank, and cute photos of animals on the walls, you can hear the receptionists and vets saying hello to the customers by name. VERY respectful and courteous. Never a long wait, and not only is the building clean and neat, but each person who works there from vet tech to DR. is extremely professional and kind. They make your pet feel like the most important pet in the world and do everything to answer questions, give the best care, and send your pet home with the proper instructions, food, medicine, etc. Their prices are very reasonable and they do accept payment plans, unline some colder facilties that demand all payment up front. The close mom and pop feeling is felt from the moment you walk in the building. Don't ever hesitate to take your pet with confidence to the best of the vets!
