Will promise to fix everything you ask but will not deliver. They had my car 7 weeks of the first 10 i owned it and the repair still was not right. And forget trying to get someone on the phone. And if you do, be ready to be treated like you're inconveniencing them. Had a promise in writing and they still never honored it.

I just read where the owner said he never had a complaint he didn't fix....I had to go back at least 3-5 times, problems with car still not resolved, all paperwork saying they checked things on the car were all lies,all they want is your money, I would love to have their daughters ,wives to drive the car I bought for my daughter and see how they feel . Do not buy a car here!!!

They sent my vehicle to place after place and each time it came back with the same banging. In the end they told me they weren't going to do anything and after all it was a used car. Do this happen to you at the Jim Juliani's in Prospect, I find that hard to believe. All used and new cars need repairs some times.

i will never buy a car from this dealer bunch of con artis kept my 100 dollars deposit they told me i was aprove but never told me how much i was going to pay monthly and the intrest and they didn,t let me test drive the truck but wanted me to put 300 down more and there finance guy joe got mad cause i went to another dealer and left me some stupid comment on my cell phone dont, trust rob the manager or jay sale guy or joe finance guy dont trust this dealer i got rip off 100 from them

Fast talking rip-off artists. Their cars have repair issues that they claim to be willing to fix - of course, if you're willing to buy the car first. Totally disrespectful once they have your money in their hands. Operate like a band of thieves. Smile in your face and then try to screw you in every way they can - deposits, warranties, etc. Buyer beware.
