I've been with them for a few years. They have good doctors, but they are really bad at calling in perscriptions. In the back they're always too busy to treat you like humans. Also, it's christian based, which does not sit well for the non christian community.

I am responding to the previous review of Dr. Jana Peters office. The staff at Dr. Peters office are generally wonderful people and are very nice to patients. However, the nurses of this particular practice, are the most sweetest, most gentle girls I've met. They always have a kind word to say, go out of their way to help, and give painless shots. As for the comments of the medications not beng approved in a timely fashion, I've had to have prescriptions authorized my self and I know these girls work very hard to get them done. In previous years there have always been more nurses than there are now, perhaps that is the problem. But I appriciate them and all of their hard work and I hope that their providers/employers do also.

THE EXPENSE IS AROUND $90.00 EACH MONTH , I HAVE CONTACTED THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE PHARMACY AND THEY BOTH STATE THAT IT IS THE PHYSICIANS responsibility OR HIS PEOPLE TO DO THIS FOR ME. BUT THEY SEEM TO BE PUTTING THIS ON THE BACK OF THE PILE. I CANNOT GET A EMAIL ADDRESS TO CONTACT THE DOCTOR. THIS IS THE ONLY RESOURCE I AM LEFT TO.
