Travis and his company were hired to resupport and level our 100 year old foursquare home after he evaluated the house and quoted the job, explaining the method and materials that would be used to accomplish the job. He met the timeline that was established during the quoting process and did an excellent job of leveling the house. We would consider Future Construction for other projects on our home should they arise.

I can't say enough praise for the quality of Travis Krakow's work. I contracted with him to put new siding on our lake chalet. Not only was the work done beautifully, expeditiously and very reasonably, but Travis discovered structural problems and rotted wood which he repaired. He could have covered over without my knowing, but he is committed to doing proper work. As an example, rather than just installing the new siding and caulking around windows, he pulled every window and put in proper flashing, so that no water would get behind the siding and into the walls. More recently I hired him to replace the top board on the railing around our large deck. Travis realized that the original deck was not properly supported, so recommended adding/replacing supports before doing the cosmetic work. I've come to respect his opinion about building issues and to expect he will do excellent work at a very reasonable cost. Jerry Smith of Chicago; work done at our Westfield, WI, lake house.
