Bon Appetit supplies a large selection of gourmet products under categories including cheese, meat and fish, chocolates, beverages, cakes and cookies, oils, vinegars, sauces and spreads, sugar-free chocolates, marmalades, jams and preserves. In addition to carrying more than 250 varieties of cheese, Bon Appetit stocks over 5,000 products from around the world. The company started operations in Belgium in 1887. Michel Lemmerling, a fourth generation owner, moved the business to Princeton, N.J., in 1989. The company also ships gift baskets, with products such as Belgian chocolates and Russian caviars, across the United States.
