We brought a moose in - a MOOSE. Got back a fraction of the cuts we should have - either it all was ground into sausage (even what we asked not to be) or something else happened. The few cuts we did get back, were in bloody packages and wrapped very loosely and is already starting to freezer burn! Extremely disappointed since it's not like we can go to the store and buy a moose :(

When they first opened things were great now they got too big for their own britches. You bring in your own meat and you will not get your own back. We were sent home couple times now with meat that wasn't ours. All the meat sticks were all mislabled. You order one kind and get it home and it is clearly not what you order. When you call there they seem nice but just blow you off by saying "we will call you back" and they never do. Will never do business with them again knowing we are out all the meat we actually brought in and were sent home with other people's stuff and all they say is it has happened alot lately and brush you off. And all the meat sticks have not tasted good. Never again! Poor business and no one knows whats going on there.

What the have is good. Slim selection at times. Prices are somewhat comparable to other meat markets.

I finally got around to visiting Princeton Meats and picked up some sirloin steaks, breakfast sausage, and 5 pounds of hamburger, and they were all excellent: best sirloin steak, I've ever eaten, excellent sausage, and the hamburger...the hamburger tasted like hamburger we used to get 20-30 years ago; I'd forgotten how good a simple hamburger can taste. It's Memorial Day and I am guessing they're closed. Lucky for us we still have a few packages of their wonderful hamburger in the freezer!

Phenomenal sausage, brats, and ring baloney. I've also has several fish smoked there and they turned out great as well. So nice to have a local meat market!! Just waiting for a full deli...
