From my first tour of the school, newborn in my arms, I felt completely at ease at West Windsor Day School. My three-year-old son and one-year-old daughter have adapted seamlessly back to our daycare routine even after a year's break at home with me. The outstanding staff have parenting and teaching styles similar to my own, so it feels like they partner with us in our effort to raise kind, thoughtful, bright, easygoing children. My children have fun, soak up information, develop friendships, and have a wonderful rhythm to their five full days here each week. A former residence, the daycare facility feels more like a home. The amount of curriculum-based instruction and structured activity is just right, leaving the rest for what childhood is really about - learning through play, creativity, and each other. Safety, cleanliness, excellent rates, and compliance with NJ State policies are also givens.

WWDS has been a part of my family for the last 10 years. My son started when he was 14 months old and he is now 11 yrs old and my daughter started at 5 months old and she is 5 yrs old getting ready to go to kindergarten. My children have loved their time at this school. Every morning my daughter hugs her teacher when she walks in the door. That warms my heart that she loves them as much as her family. She is already saying how much she is going to miss everyone when she goes to kindergarten in September. Academically my daughter is already reading and writing before she has even entered kindergarten. This makes me proud to know that she will be well prepared in sept. I am more than happy with the loving, exceptional care that my children have received at West Windsor Day School. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to feel like they are leaving their children with family but the added bonus of a great educational foundation.

Give me warm loving teachers, and you can have all of those shiny, sterile chain child care centers. My son, now 7, attended WWDS for over 5 years. With the wonderful mix of families, consistent staff, and a demanding and moral center director, this place offers the education and human development that socially skilled thoughtful kind children need to survive.

My daughter attended WWDS from fourteen months old to when she began Kindergarten this year. Being a first time parent, finding the right environment for my child was of the utmost importance. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. It might not be as "pretty and fancy" as some of the other schools in the area, but that was made up by an awesome staff that is not only caring and loving but also very accommodating. What also put my mind at ease was knowing that other teachers and educators brought their children here as well. The turnover rate is minimal, which is quite impressive for this field. All the children know all the teachers and care givers as well as all the other children. It is like one big, happy family. Not only was my daughter well cared for and given a sound, positive foundation but she was also very well prepared for kindergarten. She misses WWDS very much and often asks to go and visit. I would highly recommend WWDS to anyone, you will not be sorry!

My son and daughter have gone to West Windsor Day School for over three years each and it has been a great experience. I would recommend this school to anybody with daycare needs. They are so reasonably priced, yet there's no loss of quality. My kids absolutely love the staff. They care for the children as though they were their own. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I took my daughter out of another local daycare when my son was born because I was so unhappy there. West Windsor Day Care stepped in to the rescue and I've been happy ever since. My son has been in WWDS since he was 8 months old and we are now rapidly approaching Kindergarten. It has been a second home and a family to us. The staff is amazingly accommodating to his own special needs and worked hand in hand with me on achieving his milestones. My mind is always at ease when he is there.

My daughters have been at WWDS since they were 4 months old (now 1 & 4). Although we drive out of our way every morning to take them there, it is well worth it. As a working mom of two young children, my number one priority is to ensure my childrens safety and happiness during the day. WWDS definitely provides this. The staff at the school goes above and beyond to provide a nurturing environment in which my children are excelling in socially and academically.

I can't say enought positive things about WWDS. My kids are finishing up 2nd grade and Kindergarten this year, but went to WWDS from 3 months old until elementary school. I could not have been happier with the staff, environment, family feel, etc. Both of my kids have excelled since going to school and I firmly believe that a large part of that is because of what they were taught at WWDS. Learning was made fun for the kids, and I know that foundation is carrying through as they go through elementary school. My family went through a lot while my kids were there, and the staff were loving, compassionate and understanding...not just to my dynamic duo but to me as well. It's an extended family. It's a safe, clean, energizing environment for kids to be in. They were allowed to be kids...which is exactly what I wanted for them!!

I am more than happy to give a rave review for West Windsor Day School. Our daughter is now 4 yrs old and started attending the day school at 8 weeks. We moved away for a short time and when we moved back we knew there was only one place we wanted to send her. The staff, headed by Romina Weir, is simply amazing. They provide a positive learning environment for the kids and my daughter absolutely loves it. The teachers are caring, and in tune with the children. My daughter loves to go to school. She is so happy there (and hard pressed to leave at pick up time) which of course is my best indicator that she likes West Windsor Day School.

i.e., I found WDDS when I was searching for a childcare for my daughter who was about two. I wanted to find her a childcare that she will feel comfortable. WWDS was like a second home to my daughter. The teachers are very sweet, caring and very accommodating. Besides learning and meeting new friends, my daughter had so much fun. It was an enjoyable 3 years not only to me but to my daughter who is now in Kindergarten. She still misses her teachers and friends at WWDSA local favorite, or highly recommended because

I have nothing but positive things to say about WWDS. My son was there from the age of 18 months to 5 years. My daughter has been there since she was 7 months old and my youngest since he was 10 weeks old. They have all had positive experiences, they love it there, and never want me to pick them up at the end of the day. Every teacher in the school interacts with all the children at some point, which makes transitions as the children age very easy. There is a "home-like" feeling and I never have to worry that my children are not being loved. Although the environment is not as "fancy" as some of the cookie cutter day care centers that I have looked at, the staff more than makes up for it by their creativity and the level of attention they provide to each child. They are always willing to accomodate special requests and needs, all you have to do is ask. I recommend West Windsor Day school without hesitation!

WWDS has a very caring and loving environment. They have always accommodated my and my daughter's needs. WWDS provides a nurturing environment for my 22 month old daughter.

A wonderful daycare and pre-school! We had our kids in many childcare environments (from private homes to licensed daycares) and WWDS was the best by far! It had the feeling of a home environment and also the professionalism of a school. The teachers are amazing, and treated our daughter like family. She also learned all of the skills she needed to learn for kindergarten. Every day she was excited to go to "school" to see her friends and the staff. As she aged out of one room and moved to the next, the transition was seamless, as she and all of the teachers knew each other so well. My daughter has been going to WWDS since she was 3 months old; she is now 2 and the care and attention she gets is remarkable, the teachers have a genuine love for these kids which I sense everyday I walk in. This school does not have a high turnover in teacher and this is what I love because my daughter has been seeing the same faces since she started and as a first time mom this brings comfort. My daughter comes home everyday and talks about all that she learnt and the projects they did, she has never had anything negative to say and for that I would recommend this school to anyone!

I have my two children currently at WWDS. My son is 5 and has been there since 18 months and my daughter 2 and there since 16 months. There is no one I would trust more with them. My son is disappointed on non-school days. The most important thing to me is that the teachers are the same smiling faces every day. They do not have a lot of turn over in the teachers so the kids are very comfortable and happy. They are also get about accommodating if you need a little extra time etc. I cannot say enough. They make going back to work as easy as it can be!

I sent my daughter to West Windsor Day School when she was only six weeks old and she remained there until she was 5 and ready to start kindergarten. What a wonderful experience we had! The teachers are amazing with the children, my daughter loved going there and to this day she always asks to visit Ms. Romina and Ms. Doris when she is off from school (she is now in 2nd grade). I truly believe that as a result of the foundation that WWDS laid for my daughter she excels in all that she does. Like many parents today, my husband and I both have full time jobs. We were so fortunate that we found a school that not only would watch our child for the day, but would help teach her so many life lessons along the way. By the time she reached kindergarten she was well ahead of most of the children in her class, especially with reading. This school met and exceed all of our expectations, we could not be happier with our decision to send our daughter there!

I send both my daughters to West Windsor Day School and couldn't be happier. It is the perfect balance of learning and playtime. I am so pleased with how they have prepared my 4 year old for kindergarten next year. The teachers are wonderful, great with communication on how the girls are doing and my girls love their teachers!

My daughter has been attending West Windsor Day School since she has been 6 weeks old! All of the head teachers are wonderful! They are caring, loving and patient with the kids! They pay attention to each child, not a classroom full of kids. The classrooms are smaller, so they have the ability to give each child the attention they deserve. My daughter is in her last year at WWDS ;( and she has learned so much! She knew her letters, numbers, shapes and colors by the toddler room. And now she can write her name all of her letters and numbers. They are even teaching her how to read! I really appreciate the care and love they have given my daughter! They are patient with parents too! They will work with you and listen to you! I love WWDS!

I have been sending my younger son to West Windsor Day School since he was 3 months old. He is going to be 4 this summer and I am super satisfied with their service. There is never a drama when he has to get ready for the school; He loves to go there to see his teachers which makes a big difference since I know he is taken good care by them. He loves to play with his friends and do lots of interesting projects with his teacher. I absolutely adore the teachers there. They are very kind, passionate and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their little ones.
