I came into your store on Friday, June 13th at approximately 5:30. After waiting several minutes to talk to someone, we find an associate. We were interested in one of your grills for $130.00. The female associate checked the back for the grill then told us that your store didn't have anymore in stock. She said she could give us one from outside already put together or call another store. We explained due to the rain and the fact the grills were sitting outside in the rain we didn't want to put it in our vehicle set and didn't know if it would fit. She then with a pretty significant attitude proceeded to tell us "that's fine, were running out of grills anyways" followed by "just go to Home Depot" I did not catch her name, she was a larger female, dark hair, Caucasian, and was hanging out with whatever gentleman was manning the station near the grills. I'm not sure how you all deal with situations like this but I would imagine it can't be good for any business to have an employee tell a customer to go to a competitor and buy something from them nor is it a good thing to tell them in a childish manner that you are running out if grills anyway. I did not appreciate it and neither did my family. We will be carrying our business elsewhere from now on if this is the kind of person representing your store. I wrote corporate and have yet to receive a reply so apparently this behavior I is acceptable in their eyes.
