Dr. Miller graduated from Bashkir State Medical University, Ufa with a "Diploma of Excellence" (Medical Doctor). Completed Internship and Residency Program in Internal Medicine in Kuvatov State Hospital, Ufa. Board Certified in Internal Medicine in Russian Federation. Graduated from the Psychiatry Residency Training Program at St. Elizabeths Hospital, Washington D.C. Has been nominated as a Chief Resident at St. Elizabeths Psychiatry Residency Training Program. Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Board Certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Completed Electroconvulsive Therapy Program at Duke University, North Carolina. Completed Fellowship at Baltimore-Washington Institute for Psychoanalysis, Maryland. Private Attending Psychiatrist at Sibley Memorial Hospital, Washington D.C., and part of the Johns Hopkins Medicine. Welcome to our Medical Clinic, where we provide Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services for Everyone who needs help. We are a medical facility and not a political organization. We indiscriminately offer medical services to every individual regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, spoken language, national origin, political views, disability, etc. Our providers and staff speak several languages, which allows expanding our service to those individuals who have limited access to mental health and substance abuse services due to the language barrier. Dr. Miller spent over two hours with me at my initial evaluation. She took the time to ask all the right questions about my mental health history and she was confident she could help me find wellness again. She was right! After suffering through a major depressive episode for nearly two years, and under her care, I'm finally beginning to stabilize. I highly recommend Dr. Miller!

The office staff is very rude and that is why I wouldn't go back to them. They waited 2 months to tell me BCBS PPO isn't in network anymore. When I stood in their office and canceled my next appointment in person because I found an in network doctor they never canceled and charged my debit card $85.
