My wife and I moved back to Kansas last October. She had already had an account with this bank, and we promptly added me to it. Since then, we have found random charges of $5 and $10 on an almost monthly basis that had no explanation attached to them. While this was frustrating, we decided to continue and see if it ended. Today, we were charged $28 for an overdraft that according to the online statement, should never have happened. Balance was positive, and a $300 deposit was made around 8am. Around noon this same day, $300 was withdrawn, followed by a $28 overdraft fee. However, prior to the ungrounded overdraft fee, our account still held a positive balance within their requirements. They say they are not real time, however it appears they are. What they say, and what they do fail to match up. My suggestion to others looking for a bank would be go somewhere else. They may be small town, but they seem to lack the honesty and friendliness one would expect from such a place.
