General Info

Our therapists provide quality, coordinated treatment â?? working with your primary physician or specialist to strengthen your body and improve functionality for a full recovery after an injury or surgery. We provide a full range of rehabilitation care all within the FCMC campus. Our care includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, sports medicine, speech therapy, and aquatic pool therapy. Working with your doctor to determine what level of therapy you need, we provide treatment at every stage of recovery: in the hospital, outpatient setting, nursing home, and home health.
