Presque Isle High School, located in Presque Isle, Maine, provides a safe learning environment for students. Governed by the Maine School Administrative District 1, it has an enrollment of more than 600 students in grades nine through 12 with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1-to-18. The school has various clubs and associations, including student council, athletic teams, drama and literary clubs, musical groups, and vocational clubs. Presque Isle High School has various departments, such as art, English, modern languages, health and physical education, math, music, regional technology center, science, and social studies. It provides an accredited high school program for students who are unfit for mainstreamed classroom setting.
