Don't come here! Discharge me while in pain and said nothing more he can do after surgery. Dr Bassett doesn't even listen, cuts you off. No compassion, couldn't even understand why I was crying. He doesn't belong practicing in his field.

I almost lost my foot because of Simonson and his nurse. I had major reconstructive surgery and kept yelling them including the hospital something was wrong with it. 2 weeks later after my foot was oozing he went to take my stitches out and I had to b admitted again. Twice. I ended up having 2 different types of staff infections. He had to go bk into my foot because the infection ate all the way down to the hardware. Like u could see the plate that was in my foot. As of now almost 6 months later I've been telling him something is wrong still. I also had a tibea graft. And right below where they took the bone out I can't bend my foot without pain. There's been serious confidentiality problems among there staff. Like the secretary knowing everything that's in my files and blurting personal things out in there tiny waiting room which violates the hippa (sp?) Laws in every way.Dr. Simonson was a good Doctor at first but he ended up not keeping his word to me. If u can't trust your Doctor, who can you trust. I've had a consultation with a contingentcy lawyer. So yes I'm only giving them one star cuz Doc was actually on his game in the beginng and then he went bk on every promise to take care of me.

The people in the facility were wonderful, but the billing office in Phoenix doesn't return call when they said they would. Also not posting payments , therefore being double charged for multiple visits. Beware, check your statements.
