Horrible, horrible, horrible. Jan gave me the exact treatment I said was ineffective in the past. The front desk personal stated "don't worry, your insurance will cover this", yet not a penny was covered. The workers smelled like cigarette smoke. Then, they turned me over to a collections agency even though I paided my bill. All they had to say about that was "I'm sorry". I've never had such a horrible medical experience in my life.
