Love it here at lakeside, been here for 7 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Do not pay any attention the reviews posted by ANONOMOUS. For that person not to add a name to the comments posted is very weak and obviously AN ANGRY EX TENNANT. Lakeside is not perfect but the plus's far out way any negative. Check em' out

Do not stay here, the manager John is extremely rude and unprofessional, the park is full of fellons and druggies. The only time anything is done around here is once a month when John comes around. He is a regular slum lord. There is bug and rodent problems as well. Over priced for the dump it is.

Highly reccomended. This was a great place to stay, no hassle from management or neighbors and out of the way from the downtown bustle. Amazing views and hikes within minutes of walking! Management was very understanding when we had issues and worked with us. Great for students or individuals who want to live in a quiet area.

I spent a lot of time in R.V. parks all over the U.S. and I can't remember a time or place that is as memorable as the time I spent at Lakeside. The people there are friendly and courteous to everyone. Jim and Deb, the park managers are the nicest people, always keeping the park safe and clean. When I return to Prescott this is where I will be staying and suggest to anyone who needs an R.V. space to go and stay..

Delightful. Great people; very helpful and reasonable. Feel of caring community without being intrusive. Wonderful vacation spot.

We have been here over a year. It is quiet and well run. A step above the usual. Management go way beyond most other park to insure the safe and comfort of all tenents. Park is pet friendly with a large dog run. Love it here! Call to see if there is open spot as they stay full alot. Once you get here you do not want to go anywhere else. Most are long time campers.

ALERT for RVers: Do not stay at this park. Some of our bad experiences included dealing with a rude (and swearing) manager, not following the agreement regarding our predetermined site, misleading us when we made payment for one month that they would "settle up" if we stayed less time than what we paid for. However, they give no written rules for the park when you check in, and there is only a small "no refund" sign in a corner of the office. We received no refund and credit cards are not accepted.

I have stayed in places all over the country and I have not found a place that I stayed that made you fill more like being at home with friends and family. The management is great and it is a good quite place to live and relax.

I dont believe you could find a more serene setting around the Prescott area. I have lived in the park for quite some time and the owners and management here are the best to found anywhere. I highly recommend this park as your best choice.
