Our Mission To achieve the goal of excellence in the provision of non-medical in-home care services, by always placing our clients' best interests first, before all others. Helping Hand's Attendant Care services provide care for those who require need help to stay at home. Attendant Care may include Personal Care, Meal Preparation, Homemaking, Companionship, and Errands. And like all our services, they can be customized to meet individual needs. Arizona Long Term Care and DES Department of Disabilities sometimes pay a family member to care for their loved one under Attendant Care. Meal Planning and Preparation We can assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation, monitoring diet and food intake and clean-up. Errands We can help you pick up prescriptions, gather mail or do general shopping. Pet care (Private Pay Only!) When your dog or cat needs attention, we can help you with walking, feeding, playing and grooming them. Light housekeeping Assistance with laundry, changing linens, garbage, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, caring for houseplants and general housekeeping. Companionship Activities with one of our caregivers may include going to a movie or restaurant, letter writing, reading, playing cards, general conversation and more. Transportation Transportation with accompaniment to events or to appointments. Personal Care Our full range of daily personal care services includes daily living activities such as bathing, hygiene support, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring and ambulation. Live-in Care Helping Hands offers complete coverage so your loved one can continue to enjoy the comfort of living at home even with physical or cognitive challenges. We also make it a point to try to assign the same caregivers for each visit to ensure consistency of care.
