Customer Service no good! Wife called in to obtain service to have the tank filled at the house and was told they were performing inventory. OK I thought well maybe they were busy. I called in today and asked about getting the tank filled today, Saturday or Monday and was told since I am not on a route it would be 10 ten days but she would try to put a note with the driver to see if he can come bye Wednesday but you must leave gate open dog up and someone must be home. WOW..... well just let me take a day off work with no pay because maybe the driver will come! I apologize it was an inconvenience that a customer needs to have their propane tank filled although if Flame chooses not to provide this service I am sure we can find a company that will!
