Had my first Mac problem and took it for a little R&R. These guys fixed me up, took them about 4 days but it was worth the wait. Appreciate all the time spent and the very reasonable charges! 6 stars if I could give them!

brought my mac laptop in for hd replacement. received it back worse than ever. dvd player no longer worked and it did before i gave the laptop to them! tony would not accept responsibilty for this. poor service and expensive. too!

They are wonderful! They have great rates for service, I checked all around town before trying them. They not only did a great job repairing my PC, but they sold me my fist MAC. I have loved going to their FREE classes. They have been very helpful and haven't treated me like a five year old. Thanks Argosy!!!

As a PC technician, I often need to obtain obscure computer parts in a hurry in order to repair a client's machine as quickly as possible. I went to Argosy West to see if they sold the cable I wanted to buy, and the sales clerk stared at me like there was a bug on my forehead. He then had the audacity to ask to borrow my cellphone and talk to my client directly to tell him what he should do. And never once suggested to me that the part could be special-ordered, as I later found out. I bought it from a catalog and was forced to wait an extra week because of all of this. I have been treated like an idiot numerous times in the past at Argosy West. I will never return.
