I went to my 10:00 appt ten minutes early (I had filled out all of my paperwork beforehand). I was in my Army uniform, obviously taking time out of work to have a pap smear done because of an abnormal test result from the pap I had done earlier this month. I sat in the waiting room for an hour with no word. Women were walking in the door and 15 minutes later with their doctor. I finally went to the desk and asked what was going on. She said that Dr. Waller was behind and there were still two people ahead of me. Of course, these women did not have the common courtesy top have informed me of this earlier. I am completely unsatisfied with the treatment I received at this clinic and would NOT recommend it to amnyone!
