Had gone to the Clinique section to buy some moisturizer and my experience was a joke. The "baby" plastered behind the counter didn't know squat about moisturizers. Of course her skin is going to look soft and supple. Once I explained what I wanted, it was no time before she was asking me the same questions I had just answered. While being "consulted", a gentleman waltzed in to gain the attention of both ladies and to proceed with showing them pics of his fiancee' for whom he was buying a moisturizer. He assumed they may need to see a pic of her to distinguish her skin type. All along me, having been there first, waiting patiently while it took BOTH ladies to help him while my time doesn't matter. Why do department stores have these numbnuts walking around anyways?? You can do your own researching online then just go in and purchase your item without having to look at these people that have no proper training in dealing with a customer's needs.
