Dr. Knapp is received an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Dr. Smith received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, and then completed an Internal Medicine and Pediatric residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans and Earl K. Long in Baton Rouge. Dr. Knapp pursued medicine because he was able to marry his passions for both science and helping people in one role.

Not very good with adolescents! Impatient and abrupt and no compasionate bedside manner. Had my little girl almost in tears... Will NOT bring my child back to him!
