Consolidated Fire District No. 2 is the amalgamation of several fire departments. It serves Johnson County, Kan. The district operates three fire stations and provides fire protection and emergency services. It maintains a fleet of fire engines, tankers, ambulances and utility vehicles. The district employs several people and provides its employees with training related to fire management and emergency medical services. It offers a variety of public safety programs throughout the year. Consolidated Fire District No. 2 organizes fundraising activities and community events.
