Poor communication skills, out-of-date medical knowledge, and overly concerned with his own life. He focused conversation on himself and ignored the reason I was in his office. I was appalled, and, when I expressed my frustration professionally, he became defensive. I thought I was speaking with an adolescent. It was so bizarre that I suspect the man (quite seriously) may be suffering from an ailment impacting his brain operation. I certainly would not schedule a surgery with him!!! The time for his retirement has long passed!
