A terrible place to live. Now renting month to month to illegal aliens and riff raff. Police are in here constantly and those that rent could care less about their lots. Management is constantly changing and they care about nothing but obtaining lot rent. Some residents feed the feral cats and have caused a major problem..dogs (over weight limit) run loose, Fema trailers drug in to rent, you can not use the pool for the people from other parks coming here and using it..the playground for small children has been torn up, the dumpsters are piled high with furniture, and now Grand Oaks looks like the white trash bed and breakfast. Can't wait to get this trailer pd off so I can get out of here! I'd rather rent a house than pay over $250 lot rent to live in this trashy place. Good riddance!
