      General Info

      Dr. Steve Franklin is an Oak Ridge native who joined the practice in 1988 and Center for Sight was formed. His undergraduate degree is from UT Knoxville and Doctor of Medicine from UT Memphis. Dr. Franklin also did his ophthalmology residency at UT Memphis where he was trained as a comprehensive ophthalmologist. He specializes in cataract surgery and laser surgery as well as general ophthalmology to treat and manage countless eye diseases and conditions.

      Awesome experience!
