Not much of a professional spa. My brow wax service was done at the hair wash sink. No rolled towel for comfort. Took approximately 3 minutes to complete. No mirror was given to me to see results. When I got into my car I looked into my mirror... Shocked! A high quality spa will perform a wax service on a table in a private room. NOT in the middle of the hair stations at the sink. I was very surprised at how unprofessional this service was performed especially after reading the positive reviews. Bombshells is only a Hair and Nail Salon. NOT a Spa.

This is a Tabatha Salon ... Meaning Tabatha needs to take the keys and change the way they do business. You don't put bleach on top of new color unless you want to damage the hair. You don't tell a client you don't have time to do it correctly. You don't allow hair color to get all over the skin of the client. You don't repeatedly offer the client alcohol to drink! You don't allow a pool of water to build up on the floor from a roof leak causing a danger to clients. I would never recommend this place to anyone! - Annie in Tennessee

The only upscale, nice salon in it's area! Friendly staff, nice salon, & great work! I've been waiting on this to come to North Knoxville.
