I had a root canal yesterday with Dr. Attrich and was so impressed I had to tell someone. I'm not an avid reviewer so forgive me if I miss protocol. Where to start... Upon scheduling an appointment they contacted my dentist and got my information, they checked up on my insurance and made sure there weren't any coverage issues. When I arrived they let me know I could skip the insurance section because they had it covered. Right away I got the sense they had their act together. I was treated upon arrival, little to no wait. Dr. Attrich explained the procedure and managed my expectations very well. During the procedure it was as if he and Brittney were commanding a submarine, if he had to ask for something Britney had it in hand quickly. If there was instruction given, there was acknowledgement given and the task was completed.
