Adam from SCRAM is a SCAM! first he is a very unpleasant and insensitive man when you are stressed over the fact that wildlife is physically in your home! with small children! He doesn't consider anything an emergency, good luck getting and appointment before 7 days, even when wildlife is living in your home! He charged us $521.00, and a month later we still have wildlife in our home, and he is asking for more $$$$ to come back into our home to locate the animals. AND Adam from SCRAM "erased all of our photos and videos" of his work / findings, so we do not have them for our records, to even see or know what Adam from SCRAM did or did not do in the first place! Adam from SCRAM is not a nice man, and SCRAM is a SCAM. Adam will charge you big, and tell you his work is guaranteed for 2 years, but he didn't honor it, only 1 month later. We talked to another critter control place, and they said "we get calls from SCRAM customers all the time, because SCRAM leaves wildlife behind" Beware, Adam is the only one from SCRAM in the area, and takes advantage, and he is very unkind about it too!
