I just saw the review slamming the pool location, maintenance, etc. I knew exactly where the pool was... because they told me! It's like when I lived in Gahanna and used the city pool... That was not in my backyard either, but it was great to have access even tho I had to drive. Regarding repairs, I don't know what's going on with his place (or how he treats it) but I've had no issues. I'm in Oak Creek which is not a main property of theirs, so maybe it's different for us. Anyway- I think crying about pool location is silly and for our part I've had no maintenance issues... Then again, I know how to change a light bulb! My family has had apartments under Spring management for several years- my experience is that they are very businesslike and keep the apartments working smoothly with very little input or annoyance to us or the other renters. I plan on moving to a bigger apartment with the same managers.

This place is a joke, as are all Spring Property Management run properties.They make lots of promises to get you to sign the lease, then follow through on none of them. They will tell you that they have a pool, but the only one the tenants are allowed to use is off Feder Rd on the west side, not much use if you live in powell or polaris.I have put in repair requests only to be asked why I cant do them myself.Not one person I have met here has anything good to say about them. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
