It supports active traders, institutional clients and introduces brokers and API developers utilizing Open E Cry, LLC proprietary technology. In 2008, the company was acquired by optionsXpress Holdings Inc. The company is registered as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and as a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). Open E Cry, LLC has developed a set of complex strategies and order routing technology specifically designed to meet the high standards of CTAs (Commodity Trading Advisors), hedge funds, prop shops, arcades and other high-volume commodities and futures traders.
