Founded in 1938, Lockwood Products designs, manufactures, markets and sells vacuum and heat recovery systems, cooling towers, circulating, centrifugal and turbine pumps and miscellaneous auxiliary steam boiler system equipment. Its systems are used primarily for low- and medium-sized pressure steam boilers that are used for heating and process applications, industrially, commercially and institutionally. Lockwood Products has a facility of more than 80,000 square feet that houses manufacturing, sales and an inventory of tanks, pumps and ready-to-ship systems. In addition, it is the manufacturer of packaged deaerators, boiler feeds and condensate return systems. Lockwood Products is a part of John L. Underwood Company, which is a Georgia-based corporation that is a parent and holding company for three operating subsidiaries, including Underwood Air Systems and Underwood Administrative Services.
