      Building a custom home is an exciting and enjoyable process, and Joe Gates Construction, Inc. offers custom homebuilding that is flexible and works with your needs. We also offer full service remodeling and additional services for clients who enjoy their current home, but could use more space, modernization or a better layout! We are happy to get together to discuss your ideas. Please give us a call to arrange a meeting. Joe Gates Construction, Inc. has been building and remodeling homes in Kitsap County and surrounding areas since 1989, and worked in the construction field since 1976. Both Joe & Judy are active members of the Kitsap County Home Builders Association, a national organization with Judy serving as Chairperson of the Kitsap County Homebuilders Remodelers Council for 2010. Joe Gates Construction, Inc was chosen as the Kitsap Home Builders Association Remodeler of the Year for 2010 by their peers in the Kitsap Home Builders Association. A proud recipient of the Pacesetter award for Outstanding Customer Service, we have also been named one of the Top 15 Builders in America by Custom Home Magazine (1997). In addition, we are a three time recipient (2000, 1997 and 1993) of the Home Builders "Award of Excellence", given for excellence in construction, design, and the homes overall quality and detail. Joe Gates Construction, Inc, has also been named one of the Top 50 Remodelers in the Pacific Northwest by NW Home + Garden Magazine (2007, 2008), covering remodeling firms from Vancouver B.C. to Portland, Oregon. In addition, we have received 16 REX Awards for Excellence in Remodeling (2003 & 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2012) including two at the state level (2007, 2010).
