I just purchased my 3rd Honda from Friendly Honda. All my service work is done through them and I have never never been disappointed. Sales is great and service department is wonderfully accomodating. I will keep buying Honda's because of reliability. My first Honda went 280k miles with only general maintenance. My son's are driving my second because I trust the car to take care of them.

I received poor service from "Friendly" - ironic as it may seem. Service departments at most dealerships are more expensive but typically you will receive a higher level of service; Friendly was the exception. They will gladly charge you for your repair even if not fixed, then make no effort to resolve the issue. Buyer beware- go somewhere else.
