I went to SARCC several years ago for group and individual counseling. They helped me realize I wasn't alone and gave me a safe place to discuss my trauma. Even though i moved out of the county i know i can call them if i need to talk whether its during the day when they are in or at night via their 24 hr hotline. ~Kristen

SARCC literally saved my life. The counselors truly have compassion for the victim and the group experience networked me with other survivors. The peer to peer experience is probably what helped me the most. I went from being a victim to a survivor and have had the privilege to continue to carry the message of recovery to those within my community. My advice is that if you have been or know someone who has been sexually abused, please do not stay silent, get counseling and the best place to seek that is SARCC of Lebanon and Schuylkill Counties.
