Torn rotator cuff-through muscle work, manipulation, ultrasound and exercising, successfully healed and avoided surgery. Neck straightening and stiff neck-through manipulation, exercising, cervical wedge use-we're still a work in progress but pain is a near zero most days and muscle tightness is decreasing.
