This place is a dreaded nightmare. They are never there and close up their shop whenever they want to even if they ahve your car. They are the most inconsiderate people I have ever worked with. I wish they would close this place down too. It is an eye sore.

I just had an awful experinece with these people and noticed the other bad reviews below. There is also a review by someone that looks like it was posted by the owners or someone that is posting for the owner trying to defend the business. They are calling the dissatisfied customers "hard to please people". Unbelievable. These people should not be allowed to run a business. They had my car for repair and closed up shop for an emergency of some kind according to the police. They never even had the decency or courtesy to call their customers and left everyone hanging without their cars. They show no respect and had no remorse for their actions. They need to close up shop and get out of the business. Complete trash.

If it were possible to give minus stars I definitely would. They have absolutely zero customer service skills. They tell you they will work with you and then say NNNNOOOOOOOO. They close the shop and don't tell you why. No message on the answering machine or note on the door, just close up. I tried to give my business to someone local but wound up in a nightmare.
