Worthless bank. Last straw today. Found unexplained transactions on my account. Called to cancel the card. A week later no new card as promised. Called back to find out the card was, at first not cancelled. Then they said it was of course cancelled, but no new card is issued unless it specifically requested. I cannot stay with a bank who's employees are either incompetent or liars. One star is one too many for this bank.
