Breidenbach Associates Law Offices, LLC, is a general practice law firm in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, that handles matters involving all areas of life in a small town community. We provide services in nearly every area of law in Montgomery, Berks, and Chester Counties, as well as handling appeals in and to all Pa. Appellate Courts - the Pa. Commonwealth Court, the Pa. Superior Court, and the Pa. Supreme Court. Scott is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pa. and the Third Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, and was recently admitted to the New Hampshire Bar Pro Hac Vice.
