expected a christmas package last friday...delayed,,then monday..delayed and then today..again delayed..i know it was in potsdam because thats where the tracking number ends and out for delivery.glad i ordered it last month.might be here for christmas..ups is getting as bad as usps..

I am so tired of their poor service. When a package is out for delivery Potsdam at 4:28 AM and I live literally 15 minutes from there AND they cannot manage to get it to my house by 8 pm that day, how slow are they???? I saw 4 UPS trucks in Canton today. I know my package was on one of them. I paid for guaranteed delivery and now I have to wait another 1-2 days to get something that is already on their truck. I wish I could choose another form of delivery. Oh and I must mention how they have left a temperature sensitive package at the end of my neighbor's driveway in a snowbank one night. It was over $1000.00 worth of insulin for my diabetic child. Thank God the neighbor saw the idiot driver toss the package there. Great service guys!

I saw a news report showing delivery persons throwing packages over a wall containing computers. I thought, "I'm glad to live here where there is integrity in our community." But last week I found packages dropped at the end of our driveway, 550 feet from our home. Our driveway is clear, well constructed with a turn-around at the top. We live near a busy "T" in the road. I was super stressed wondering if a different package containing $900 in goods, my family's entire Christmas, was stolen. The driver reported the previous packages as having been delivered directly to the door - a lie for the sake of expediency. NOT OK!!
