After my employer gave her the number, he asked her what it was about and she responded that she was garnishing his employees wages and told him the names of the employees. It is against the Fair Debt Collection Act to disclose information regarding the loan to third parties. I contacted the home office and was told that someone would contact me. I received a call later that day from the district manager, who was more concerned about when I would pay my loan than what her employee did. She did say that wasn't a practice that they encourage, but was very nonchalant about the situation. I do not feel this is an issue that was taken seriously and I have heard from other customers that this is common with this company.
