We enjoyed our stay here. Even...

We enjoyed our stay here. Even though only 12 months we need a big enough place for our 2 kids and our family dog. The apartment and the outsides were are nice and we loved being on the centenial trail. I guess the only thing negative would be that when our daughter had a birthday party there was not enough parking. Manager was nice and we have told other people about this place. Surprised when we googled centenial trail apartments to get our former address about the negative reviews, we didn't have any of these problems.

I had noisy neighbors above me...

I had noisy neighbors above me that I complained to mngmnt about and nothing was done. Dryer took two cycles to dry stuff, dishwasher leaked and when I clld maintenance to have them fixed I was told I would have to pay for it. The walls had many obvious patch jobs and random electrical plates on the walls. Mngmnt were rude. Mngmnt are NOT dog-friendly. For some reason I was singled out as someone to pick on, even though I have a small dog. Most tenants let their dogs crap anywhere and don't pick it up even though there is a designated dog pottying are you are still required to pick up after your dog. So I did what everybody else does and took my dog to the Centennial Trail, off the apt property, and walked my dog there. Mngmnt still felt the need to talk to me about taking my dog there. I haven't gotten in legal trouble yet, 45 days left on lease, but it's the harassment and intimidation be mngmnt that I don't like or appreciate.
