I go out of my way to use this location. They are helpful and I trust the service received.
The postman who delivers our mail from this Broad St. office is just aweful. My mail is delivered different hours throughout the day and NIGHT! Never a consistent delivery. Always have a different mail person every few weeks. Just when you think they finally have your mail right you get a new mail person. My mail is delivered to me frequently by neighbors because the postman seems unable to get the mail to the correct addresses. I get other peoples mail on a frequent basis and have experienced periods where the mail did not show up at all. I have called and complained about receiving opened mail and not receiving the correct mail and sometimes no mail and NOTHING IS EVER DONE!!!! I have heard that the mail is delivered rain, snow, sleet or shine. Not for the Arlington Pl residents in Portsmouth. We have had our mail person not come before because it was too hot for her. Survey folks in the Grove Park section of Portsmouth and they will all have some horror story to tell about our mail
