Tom Peters is hard to get a hold of. Like a good Doctor you will need to wait, however, Tom will be there in an emergency. He is very careful in everything he does. He will not open you or himself to any liability. He has been my plumber for over 20 years. We swear a lot together. He has a great sense of humor. He is AWESOME. I highly recommend him.

Had a sump pump failure a late night!My previous private plummer, Joe, who now works for Tom Peters Plumbing and Heating, said to give him a call early morning and request a next day appointment if possible! Tom's office said they were booked up but she would let him know of the urgent need for service! Tom did call me back and tell me that if his guys working in Portsmouth that day could finish early, he would call me back. Scheduled an appointment for two days later! About half an hour later he called me back and said that the job in Portsmouth was going to be on hold for a few days, and he had already sent one of his guys to pick up a new Zoellar pump and was on his way to my house!! As promised, his guy showed up in10 min, replacing the sump pump without a problem, in less than an hour's time!! Tom Peters himself called me to check on the work done, and I told him what a great job his guy did, very fast,professional and friendly! A local favorite, I would highly recommend Tom Peters Plumbing and Heating to everyone and would happily use him Again! And, thanks to Joe and Bruce M. for telling me to call him !! Reasonable price and great service!

I have used Tom Peters twice for two large commercial projects. Unlike most of the contractors involved I can always rely on him to get the job done well, in a timely manner and at a fair price. I highly recommend him!
