Large company that is very busy but has excellent help. Had a masonry project installed for the right price and installed on time

Would recommend to a friend. They are a busy company so it took a little bit to get the work done but was VERY pleased with the results. Well worth the wait. Will be doing another project soon with All Island and can't wait.

This company is pathetic. I do not see how they stay in business. I called for some mulching work to be done, then a guy came out and sounded very knowledgeable and competent and said he would send an estimate. He did and it was a little high, but I wanted to get the work done quickly so I signed it and returned the estimate. I heard nothing. Then, a bunch of guys turned up to mow my lawn, which was NOT what I requested. I told them no, I don't need my lawn mowed and I need to hear back on the mulching work. Nothing for another week. Then I come home and find them MOWING MY LAWN! I am like what the heck? I said NO I do not want my lawn mowed. They all pulled out their cell phones to get me to talk to their bosses and I said NO MOW. I WANT MULCH. 2 more weeks, still never heard a thing. I called another business who came out right away. DO NOT USE ALL ISLAND LANDSCAPE. They are horrible.

If I could rate it lower, i would. TERRIBLE!!!!!They gave us a price quote that we signed and returned. We waited several weeks and decided to call to find out when the work would be done. After several unreturned phones calls for about 2+ weeks we finally got a call back . We were to told quote (which we did call to confirm) was incorrect. The owner Byron quoted us 3 times as much, but said he would try to keep the price down. He was going to write up new quote. That was 3 weeks ago. We have not hear back.Completely unprofessional. This company could use a few lessons in customer service.
