Perfect place for fur babies! !

I am very happy to see such a very clean place and super nice staff to take my toy yorkie Chloe in Portsmouth! Chloe is like my own child and I only bring her to the best!

My goldendoodle Brooklyn loves the Kennelodge. He loves playing outside with his doggie friends and he enjoyed being boarded there. The owners and staff are very welcoming. Brooklyn's best goldendoodle friend Abby loves the Kennelodge as well. Great place.

the first time i took my poodle to get groomed they did a great job, the second time he looked like he was cut with a weed eater! i complained to the owner and she told me the next time he would get a Free cut! when i called to schedual his cut she told me that she was not the groomer that gave him the first cut that was great, and if i wanted that groomer i would have to pay her $40.00 or she (the owner) could do it for free but could not guarantee how he would look like!!!! REALLY !!! YOU LOST A PAYING CUSTOMER!

I have taken my basset hound to Kennelodge many times and everyone is super friendly he always gets plenty of exercise and attention I would recommend anyone to bring their pets they are amazing

I tried Kennelodge recently and I can say without a doubt that I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL & THE GROOMING IS WORSE! This was my first time trying Kennelodge, but not my first time getting my dog groomed. So I know what kind of job CAN BE, but WASN'T, done. When I called about pricing and availability, I was quoted $40. When I received a call telling me that my dog would be finished in 30 minutes or so, I was given $45. I received a call shortly after hanging up, and was told that my price was actually $60, she had me mistaken for someone else. When I went to pick up my dog, I couldnt get a good look because he was jumping around, so excited to get out of that place. Now I know why. When I got him home, I was able to get a better look. He has knicks and cuts EVERWHERE! In some places they went down to the skin. These people pay no attention to detail. The face area is awful! His paws have several clumps of hair that were "forgotten" or "

Hello we just picked out english bulldog up from the kennelodge and never again they did not give him his meds,he was all broke out,they did not set his kennell up we brought down,with his water bottle,food, the list goes on, pease dont take your pet. .

This is THE place to board your pets! My three cats and dog were extremely well-cared for while I was out of state over the holidays. Think "Kennelodge" for your pets and there'll be no regrets!

My 3 dogs had a great time over Christmas while they stayed at Kennelodge. It was good to know they were well taken care of and were able to exercise and not just be locked in a cage while we were away. We will be boarding with them in the future.
