Victorian Heights is a wonderful place for my Mom. From the moment we met Jan we knew she would take care of Mom they way we wanted. The cleanliness and warmth of the home is heart warming. The employees are excellent and ready to care. I appreciate the high interest with family's of the Residents. Home Cooking has the house smelling like home. My Mom loves the Victorian Heights and calls it her home. That is the highest compliment they can receive. Thank yo Jan for giving Mom the care she needs and keeping us in touch every step of the way

I attempted to get employment ,with them was told I was qualified,had great interview,awesome referances,and was told to get physical,T.B.test which I paid for myself.I also had to get my criminal background check.I did all that was expected of me. i did within 3 days of interview.I really was led to believe that I was what she wanted,I called3 times left messages on voicemail to tell her I had all I needed,and if she had hired already,then please let me know so I could continue to look elsewhere.I had my heart set on this position but realize that someone else may have something better to offer.I really would have just appreciated a call back,as it was a very encourageing interview.I decided to call one more time since i hadnt called since last week ,so they knew i was still interested.We must of got a bad reception,I apologized asked for a call backso i"d know eather way.whomever snaped at me,took my # and hung up on me.It made me feel terrible.Very unprofessional.Im so disappointed.
