I brought my car in for an oil change and an Inspection. They failed my car saying I had a cracked flex pipe and I should bring it over to Meineke, and they would fix me right up. I, however, took my car to the dealership, as it was a dealership only part. Once it was up on the lift, The mechanics couldn't find the supposed crack, and even checked my whole exhaust system to make sure they didn't over look it. It was in their opinion that Valvoline was trying to make a few extra bucks, and probably had a deal for kickbacks for any cars that they sent over to Meineke.Even though i had the write up from the dealership saying they looked over my whole exhaust and couldn't find the crack that had failed my car, Valvoline still wouldn't pass my car because they said Meineke was where i should have gone, and they would have fixed the problem.Very aggravating, not to mention i was out $90 for having to paying for the inspection they did, and then for the one the dealership did for me.

Excellent friendly staff including 2 CSR's (Mark & Rob) who are super-informative about what the manufacturer recommends for your car. Fast service. Competitive price. Excellent products. I recommend getting the extras, like if you need windshield wipers, a state inspection, etc. They do an AMAZING job!!!
