When trying to find information about my loan payments, I was given multiple responses from multiple people.....just to find out that neither of them knew what they were talking about and I ended up getting a late payment notice on my loan! If you are looking for a bank or CU that is organized, professional, and know what they are doing, this IS NOT the place for you!

I don't have an account with them, but use them for "shared branching" (transactions with another credit union). They are very professional and helpful. This applies to the Lafayette Rd branch as well as the Dover and Pease branches.

We would highly recommend utilizing the services of SCU. We have been doing business with the SCU Branch Office in Keene NH for some years now. In addition to our savings and checking accounts we have, at present, another vehicle loan with them. We recently had to remortgage our home and SCU was extremely helpful. They made this very complicated procedure simple, fast, and affordable. So, now we also have our mortgage with SCU. We think they are great and would have no problem recommending them to our relations and acquaintances.
